• Dean Cottrill leverages more than two decades of hands-on leadership experience in the real estate industry. He has held senior-level management positions with Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he oversaw 66 sales offices and 4,000 agents as Group President. During his tenure with T3 Sixty, Dean has consulted with some of the largest and most successful teams in North America. 
• Lisa Piccardo meets with a multitude of real estate team leaders each year, helping them to evaluate and improve their systems, processes, priorities, and marketing. Lisa founded, grew, and eventually sold an independent boutique brokerage. Prior to joining T3 Sixty, she served as global vice president, lead affiliate services for Sotheby’s International Realty where her team supported 150 independently owned and operated Sotheby’s International Realty companies and 600 offices.
