Ninja Selling is a training system based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to your customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is a philosophy that rejects pushy sales tactics. We believe it is better to create value for people by solving their problems. The selling part then takes care of itself.
Why is it called Ninja Selling?
In 1976, Larry Kendall and his other partners founded one of the highest producing real estate companies in the country, called The Group, Inc. Real Estate. One of The Group Inc.’s sales partners, Jim Dunlap, was nicknamed “The Ninja” by the staff in his office. Everyone noticed that Jimmy D. had enormous sales volume, great customer satisfaction and referrals, and also seemed to have a life outside of his career. He had by far the highest income per hour of any salesperson in the company. So Larry began documenting the sales systems used by Jimmy and other top sales people at The Group, Inc., and in 1994, Ninja Selling was born.
DAY 1 - Your Brain and Belief System
Science tells us that our mindset may be holding us back from reaching our true potential. Our brains act as a programmable software because what you focus on has a significant positive or negative impact on your business and personal life. Learn how the brain works and how to stay focused on business and personal goals through daily and weekly mental push-ups.
DAY 2 - Are You in FLOW?
Learn the proper frequency of interaction with your customer base, called FLOW, and uncover the Nine Ninja habits that will transform your business to one run “on-purpose” instead of “on-accident”. These easy daily and weekly habits will create the foundation of how you interact with those that know you, like you, and trust you.
DAY 3 - Working with Sellers
Understanding your client’s personality and motivations help to create smoother transactions and happier customers. Through a 16-step listing consultation, you can uncover how your customer makes decisions, making you a proactive, trusted advisor.
DAY 4 - Working with Buyers
Just like sellers, buyers have personalities and motivations too. We dive deep into the 10-step buyer process where you learn though process of elimination what buyers are really looking for while showing them how not to miss out on buying opportunities.
