David Schlichter
David Schlichter has bicycled across the country, taught in the Denver Public Schools with Teach For America, worked at the White House under President Obama, earned an MBA, spent the last 13+ years leading one of Denver’s highest ranked real estate teams, built a portfolio of 38 rental properties, and founded Full Impact Coaching.
He joined Compass in 2019 after leading the #1 producing group in the #1 producing office in downtown Denver and was honored to be elected by fellow Denver REALTORS® in 2020 to represent Central Denver on the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. He is passionate about helping his team’s clients achieve their real estate goals, and he launched Full Impact Coaching to help real estate agents achieve their professional and personal goals while living a life of balance.
