Understand Tactical Empathy: its purpose and application.
Receive concept guidance and skills training.
Week 2: Handling Sensitive Conversations
Learn frameworks for delivering difficult news.
Practice scenarios: Repair requests (Sellers) and Inspection reports (Buyers).
Week 3: Client Discovery Techniques
Master interviewing potential clients.
Maintain standards and fees.
Evaluate deals: suitability and personal fit.
Week 4: Pricing Strategies
Apply frameworks for pricing.
Implement price adjustments effectively.
