In this 4-week course (November 13 - December 11), agents will learn the concept and skills of Tactical Empathy along with the frameworks and language with which to navigate the types of difficult conversations agents are faced with on a daily basis.

The powerful communication skills will set you apart from the competition, in terms of setting standards, charging a full fee, cultivating trust-based relationships, and growing a repeat and referral business

    • Week 1: Tactical Empathy Mastery

      • Understand Tactical Empathy: its purpose and application.

      • Receive concept guidance and skills training.

    • Week 2: Handling Sensitive Conversations

      • Learn frameworks for delivering difficult news.

      • Practice scenarios: Repair requests (Sellers) and Inspection reports (Buyers).

    • Week 3: Client Discovery Techniques

      • Master interviewing potential clients.

      • Maintain standards and fees.

      • Evaluate deals: suitability and personal fit.

    • Week 4: Pricing Strategies

      • Apply frameworks for pricing.

      • Implement price adjustments effectively.

    • 1- hour Zoom call each week.

    • Session recordings.

    • 12 weeks of Daily Accountability Calls starting January 6th, 2025.
