The Compass real estate professionals succeeding right now are not doing anything new. They are doing the same simple things consistently. Focusing on new conversations every day, staying consistent with open houses and marketing, and they possess a willingness to embrace repetition even when it feels boring.
So today, to give you something new (since we all have a habit of wanting to hear new ideas) while still focusing on consistency, I've designed a few AI prompts for you to try using Compass AI.
Ask Compass AI the following (make sure you have the latest IOS app update and use voice to text for people like me who prefer to use audio instead of typing):
Compass AI Prompt #1: “Do I have contacts within my SOI group that I have not spoken to in over 90 days?”
Ask: “Draft an email to the first 5 people that says it’s been a while since we last spoke and ask if they would like to grab coffee.”
Review the email, edit, and approve to send emails
Compass AI Prompt #2: “Do I have Likely to Sell Contacts that have a high or medium likelihood of selling?”
Ask: “Draft content for email reaching out to each one of these contacts, asking for their ‘make me sell’ price and explain what it is.”
Review and edit the draft
Ask: “Let’s proceed with sending this email to the first 3 people.”
Edit email if needed, approve, and send
