Compass CORE is a training series led by Compass Sales Leaders and supported by Agent Experience Managers. Learn the foundational skills you need and establish healthy habits that will grow your business.
Compass CORE is an immersive in-house coaching program that will explore foundational components of real estate, best practices from top Compass agents nationwide, and proven methods that utilize the Compass tools to achieve the highest return on investments.
This program combines a National 45-minute development session specific to a Real Estate topic, followed by a 30-minute activity session.

We meet every Thursday at 10am ET / 7am PT, and 3pm ET / Noon PT
