Is Coaching at Compass open to the general public or only to Compass customers?

Coaching at Compass, and many of its programs, are available for Compass agents only.  

Will there be additional coaches and programs added to Coaching at Compass?

Absolutely! In the coming months, we are committed to adding diverse and dynamic, new coaches and programs. If you do not see a program that fits, please check back periodically for updates!

If I have Coaching Incentives (or 10×10 Budget) do I need to submit for reimbursement?

You are not required to complete a reimbursement form! Coaching Incentive dollars are loaded in your account automatically and can be applied when you select a program. Tom Ferry however is the 1 exception. You will pay for their coaching directly, then complete THIS reimbursement form and we will reimburse you in 5-10 business days.

If I have Coaching Incentives (or 10×10 Budget), can I be reimbursed for a program or coach that list on the Coaching at Compass website

Unfortunately, Coaching Incentives are only redeemable for programs listed on the Coaching at Compass website. All coaches have been vetted, onboarded, and certified on the Compass platform.

Our coaches dictate what programs are offered and in some cases, they prefer to keep programs separate.  Programs will continually be added and updated so if you don’t see something you’d like, please check back periodically.  

If you work with a coach that you love and recommend, we invite you to add their name HERE for consideration.

How do I view my orders or pause a subscription?

Simply navigate here – https://coachingatcompass.com/my-account/, then click Orders or My Subscriptions.

How are these programs different from what I could receive by going directly to the coach myself?

All participating coaches have been certified on the Compass platform to deliver a coaching experience that is relevant and fits with your Compass experience. In most cases, we worked with each coach to create custom-tailored programs that speak exclusively to you, our customers. Most of what you will find on Coaching at Compass is unique and not found elsewhere.

Can agents use my Marketing Incentives to pay for coaching?

Redeeming Coaching programs for Marketing dollars is identical to any other Marketing expense: you can purchase the program on this website with your credit card, then submit the receipt into the Marketing Reimbursements form on Business Center.  From there, so long as you have a budget, the Compass Incentives will approve any expense from Coaching at Compass, and you’ll be paid within 5-10 business days.

You’re able to check your Marketing Budget balance at any time, also in Business Center.

I already work with a coach that I love, can they be included in Coaching at Compass?

Yes, we’d love to help them expand their reach! Please help us by completing this form so our team can learn more about their business, and to see if we may be a fit.

Can I use my Coaching Incentives to pay for Virtual Assistants?

Absolutely! Send us an email at coaching@compass.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Are there refunds?

Unfortunately, our coaching partners are not accepting refunds at this time. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to make the most out of your coach relationship. We invite you to speak with any coach prior to committing to a program. You can pause or cancel recurring, monthly programs at anytime here.
