1:1 Coaching is a serious commitment in yourself and can produce amazing results! When you coach directly with Chirag Shah, you are not only working with an expert real estate advisor, but you are also working with someone who knows the Compass landscape inside and out.
Pinpointing your key obstacles is always a game-changer, but having a coach who can also help you leverage a billion dollar technology platform to overcome those obstacles… is not just unique, but something you won’t find from any other coaching company in the industry.
How does it work?
Every client receives 3x coaching sessions per month (30-min) durations, with the exception of the first call, which serves as your strategy session (60-min).
- Initial Strategy Session: Kick-off your 1:1 coaching with a deep dive session with Chirag, where you will establish a clear set of goals and outcomes you want to achieve during your coaching. This call will set the foundation for the rest of your 1:1 coaching calls.
- 1:1 Coaching Calls: These are your opportunities to dive into the specifics of your roadmap for improving your business. Chirag will work with you on implementing strategies to help you reach your goals and provide you with resources you can use immediately to start making changes and seeing results.
