Values and Vision – Transformative Leadership Coaching

What would it feel like to truly see your professional visions come to fruition? Your passions and values manifested into your work creating a deeper sense of alignment? Creating relationships that empower those that you work with and alongside?

Oftentimes when considering professional growth and personal passion, we are challenged to merge these things together effectively – while most consider that their work persona is a mask that is somewhat removed from who we authentically are as people.

This 4-week transformative leadership coaching program will give you the opportunity to develop the tools to authentically step into value-aligned leadership, and cultivate practices to deeply empower yourself, and your team in the continually evolving landscape of professional work.

Led by Charan M. Bashir, LPC, CCTP-II, CIMHP this program will focus on a tri-phasic model of processing, preparation, and integration – it aims to create:

• Enhanced mental health and well-being
• Deeper connection with the self
• Improved leadership skills and effectiveness within workplace teams
• Alignment with Core Values
• Impactful strategies to empower the self toward greatest potential

Facilitated by a focus on:

• Assessment
• Servant Leadership Strategy Implementation
• Strategic Goal Setting
• Motivational Interviewing

All aspects of this coaching program are implemented with an individualized focus on the client, built around stated needs, growth edges, and strengths – in order to create a powerful throughline to impactful and lasting change.

This program is offered on a weekly cadence and will last for a duration of 4 weeks. Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions will be facilitated between you and Charan virtually, at a time that best fits your current schedule. Upon booking you will receive consent documentation and coaching forms to outline the terms of this relationship, as well as an initial assessment to begin the work of vision–casting your individualized program fit within the context of the above objectives.
