Full VIP Coaching Day
Our VIP Strategy & Coaching Day is an exclusive day where you work 1:1 with Chirag Shah on what is most present and important for you and your business in order to create a roadmap for you to reach your goals.
You will get 6 hours of intensive, focused and conscious coaching, visioning, and planning. The VIP Day will be structured and personalized to you and your goals. Prior to the VIP day you will receive:
- An intake form
- An invite to a one-hour discovery call to take a deeper dive into your goals based on your intake form
- A post VIP Day implementation call to ensure you are having success implementing the plan and offer additional support where needed to help you achieve your business goals.
During the discovery call Chirag will go in-depth on our intake form, learn more about your business and co-create goals and outcomes for the VIP Strategy Day. At the end of the call success looks like aligning on an agenda and deliverables for the day.
At the end of the VIP Strategy you will leave with a clear and concise roadmap for your personalized business goals. During the session it will be a mix of strategy, planning, and Chirag doing the work for you when necessary.
The post VIP Strategy Day Implementation goal is focused around what has happened in the 30 days after the strategy day. You will fill out a form that focuses on what has been working since the VIP Strategy Day and what areas you need additional support. During the call Chirag will work with you on the areas you need support in and set you up for success.
At the end of your VIP Day you will leave with:
- A step-by-step plan on what actions to take and when.
- This will likely be in the form of visual notes we’ve created together, and will be completely customized to you.
- Resources and checklists created together so you can get straight into seeing big results for your business.
Elements of your personal roadmap may include:
- Your specific goals and projects over the next 90 days, or quarter by quarter for the next 12 months.
- Who your ideal client really is and creating an end to end client experience on what you can offer them.
- Building out systems for your team and or clients
- Recruiting Road Map to ensure you are hiring the right agents based on your value proposition
- Developing your Unique Value Proposition as a team
- Developing your unique value proposition as an agent
- Perfecting your pitch
- 1x pre-VIP day virtual implementation call (1 hour)
- 1x in-person six (6) hour VIP day
- Scheduled on a Friday, starting between 9am and 10am and ending between 3pm and 4pm, with a working lunch.
- 1x post-VIP day virtual call (1 hour)
Note: Scheduling is based on both party’s availability. No guaranteed time frames are provided until payment has been made.
The Cost: $10,000 (paid in full)
Cancellation and refund policy: In-person VIP Day meeting cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 14 days notice to allow. If you have not yet had your implementation call, we will refund your full amount. If the implementation call has happened and you decide to cancel your purchase, there is a $2,500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the VIP day has occurred.
